Faisal Kutty is a lawyer and law professor with nearly three decades of legal experience and over fifteen years of law school teaching expertise. He earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa and his LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he also completed his Ph.D. coursework in law. Throughout his career, Faisal has established and advised hundreds of for-profit, non-profit, and charitable corporations. He has served on dozens of boards over the years. He also co-founded and served as legal counsel for the Canadian Muslim Civil Liberties Association and CAIR-CAN, the precursor to the National Council on Canadian Muslims (NCCM).
